The Process

Discovery

We talk. I ask questions. I listen for the patterns you can't hear from inside your own organization. This is the investigation phase — part journalistic, part strategic, part therapeutic.

Mirror

I take what I've found and build the picture. This might be a visual map of your value architecture, a strategic narrative connecting where you are to where you could be, or an abstract visual embodying your organization's identity. Often, it's all three.

Preview

Before the final deliverable, I share a preliminary version with written explanation of the thinking behind it. You offer feedback. Adjustments are made. The goal is alignment before the final build.

Build

The actual creation of the deliverables. This is where the discovery and design come together into something you can hold, share, and act on.

Delivery + Path

The final work is delivered with a strategic narrative that makes the next move clear. The deliverable isn't just an artifact — it's a decision tool.
